There are three basic ways you can use Oils in your everyday life. Oils
can be used topically, aromatically, or ingested. I, personally, use
all three methods when putting my essential oils to work for me! Let me
break each use down for you really quickly.
Topically - rub the oils on your skin full strength (neat) or w/ a carrier oil
Aromatically - breath in the oils, straight or diffused
Internally - consume the oils internally
Personally, I love using my oils topically.

Come to
my house, and there is usually a diffuser going. In addition to the many
benefits of using essential oils in this way, they simply smell great!
And with a house full of fur babies, it is nice to come home to a house
that doesn't smell like, well, dog!
My new morning routine includes a protein shake. I love putting some Peppermint from the Vitality line in my chocolate shake! It tastes like a thin mint cookie! How could you not love that!
